【品牌美学】用9宫格和深度图做一支AI汽车TVC

想一支完整的汽车TVC，不需要直接一条条生成视频。先搭好参考、人物、脚本和分镜，再用9宫格与深度图控制画面，后面的生成会稳定很多。

第一步：分析参考TVC，先确定镜头语言

正式制作前，我先找了 5支汽车TVC短片作为参考，交给ChatGPT进行逐条分析。

这里不要只让AI总结内容，而是要让它真正拆镜头。

我主要让它分析：

整体快慢节奏；

每个镜头大概持续多久；

远景、中景、近景、特写如何分配；

汽车行驶镜头用了哪些机位；

人物和汽车之间怎么衔接；

镜头运动方向如何保持连续；

转场使用了什么方式；

视频中的快闪镜头有哪些。

汽车广告里经常会有很多只有零点几秒的镜头，比如：

轮胎、卡钳、方向盘、仪表、眼睛、拨片、尾灯、排气、尾翼。

这些镜头很容易被普通的视频分析忽略，所以我会特别告诉AI：

所有快闪镜头都不要遗漏。

 

参考分析提示词（将参考视频以及以下提示词交给ChatGPT/Gemini）

我会提供多支汽车TVC参考视频，请逐条详细分析。重点拆解每支视频的整体节奏、快慢变化、镜头顺序、景别、运镜方式、人物与汽车的衔接、车辆运动方向、转场方式以及所有快闪镜头。不要只总结剧情，需要按照实际剪辑逻辑分析每一个镜头，并比较这些参考片在节奏、性能表现、镜头语言和视觉风格上的区别。最后总结哪些拍摄方法适合一支强调速度与性能的汽车TVC。

第二步：生成人物，同时搭出第一版剧本

参考分析完成后，我先把汽车图片提供给ChatGPT，让它根据车辆气质设计一个合适的赛车手。

这里让AI给我一段适用于 Midjourney V8.2 的人物提示词，再去生成赛车手（注意要求生成白底定妆照）。

人物确定以后，我又使用 Nano Banana Pro，结合人物参考图生成了赛车手佩戴头盔的版本。

 

这样后面就有两套人物素材：

未戴头盔：适合车库、上车、人物特写。

佩戴头盔：适合驾驶舱和高速驾驶镜头。

 

人物确定以后，再结合前面5支参考片，让AI给我写一版属于这辆车的TVC剧本。

 

这里要注意，这个剧本只是第一版骨架。

后续真正生成的时候，还要不断修改。

第三步：先生成核心场景

有了剧本之后，我不会马上开始做视频，而是先把片子里需要反复使用的重要场景生成出来。

比如这次会用到：

车库、赛道起步区、隧道、山地弯道、荒漠峡谷赛道。

 

这里我会让AI参考其中一支汽车TVC的视觉语言，重新设计适合这支片子的：

光线、色彩、环境氛围。
