一次完成两个玩法

今天一次讲清两个玩法：

第一，使用Seedance 2.5生成30秒一镜到底视频；第二，把自己制作的视频运镜作为参考，让AI按照指定的镜头路线生成画面。

 

这次我把两个玩法融合到了一起，制作了一段发生在1930年代英国庄园内的六人悬疑对话戏。

整段视频只有一个空间，摄影机依次经过不同角色，最后通过一个关键道具完成悬念揭示。下面从剧情、人物、场景、站位、参考运镜到最终生成，完整拆解制作过程。

第一步：先确定适合长镜头的剧情

我先让AI设计一段六人室内对话戏，要求采用英伦风格，并带有悬疑情节。

提示词参考（这只是我的参考，大家没必要一样）：

我要做一个一镜到底的视频，主要测试libtv中的导演台相机人物运镜。我会先手搓一段多人室内场景白模运镜视频，然后用这个运镜视频去作为参考。我要制作英伦风格的室内视频，先帮我想一段6人室内的对话戏。1分钟左右

 

一镜到底不适合塞入太多场景变化，因此剧情必须满足三个条件：

所有人物处于同一个空间；

每个角色都有清晰的出场顺序；

剧情信息可以随着摄影机移动逐步揭晓。

初步剧情完成后，我又调整了开头。为了让观众更快进入画面，我在前几秒加入一个克制的视觉钩子，然后迅速转入悬疑对话。

这里要注意，钩子只是负责吸引注意力，不能和后面的剧情脱节。最好的处理方式，是让视觉钩子结束时同时抛出第一个问题。

 

所以我设计了这一段

这段视频的第一个问题是：为什么一封信会来自一个已经死了十年的人？

第二步：生成人物，但不要接受第一版

剧情确定后，我继续让AI根据人物身份、年龄和故事年代，编写六名角色的人物提示词。

最初得到的结果并不理想。男角色的服装过于日常和现代，缺少1930年代英国上流社会的造型感；女角色的面孔和气质也没有达到预期。

没有特色，也没有服装设计

遇到这种问题，只写“更漂亮一些”或“服装更高级”通常不够准确。我采用了两种参考方式。

 

1. 用人像图片修改脸部

我找到符合角色气质的人像图片交给AI，让AI分析其中的脸型、五官比例、发型和整体气质，再据此修改原有的人物提示词。

因此开场的女角色我用了这个服装，和这张脸作为参考：

这里我使用即梦seedream5.0 pro 去生成，发现人物很漂亮

2. 用服装资料修正年代感

服装方面，我另外寻找了1930年代男女服装资料，让AI根据参考图片重新调整剪裁、面料、帽饰、手套和西装结构。

这样做比单独写“1930年代服装”更稳定，因为模型能够看到具体的轮廓差异。

 

最终，我使用即梦Seedream 5.0 Pro和Midjourney生成人物定妆图，再使用Nano Banana Pro生成人物四视图，为后续站位合成和角色一致性提供参考。
